Roles And Responsibilities

Understanding of business model, financial statements, analyzing various risks based on quantitative & qualitative information.

Writing ratings notes includes analytical work, credit analysis, analysis of financial statements and making presentations before rating committees.

Close monitoring of the performance of the companies and industries in the portfolio.
-

Doing plant visits and management meetings.
-
5
Interacting with the clients for providing required information to carry out the rating assignment.

6
Maintain direct analytical responsibility for a portfolio of rated corporate with the guidance of senior analysts/team leaders.

7
Preparing schedule for completion of assignments in consultation with concerned Group Heads.

8
Preparation of quarterly review notes based on quarterly performance and other updates.
-
9
Keeping track of changes in the economy, various sectors and analyzing the impact of the same on clients.
-
10
Preparation of rating rationales and press releases.
Skills Required

Basic knowledge of financial accounting is a must.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Good skills of using MS word, excel and power point.

Good time management and prioritization; managing priorities while maintaining high standards; and to work in a team.
Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant/MBA, MBS with Specialization in finance

Experience: 0-3 years of experience

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

CTC Offered: Compensation will be discussed on a case by case basis
